Kola Kalejaiye, FCA

Managing consultant

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, with over 32 years of post-qualification experience. A graduate of the University of Lagos, he trained with Pannell Kerr Forster, an international firm of accountants.

Before founding Ederok Services he held senior roles at Nigus Petroleum Company (senior accountant), Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc (internal auditor), and Neighbourhood Building Society and Business Development Co. Ltd (head of accounts and operations). He currently serves as National Treasurer of the University of Lagos Alumni Association.

Moses Ademola Kalejaiye

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with a B.Sc. in Accounting, and an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Adebola Sebanjo & Co. and Nsobiari George & Co., and brings wide-ranging experience across diverse companies and organisations.

Bode Okunoren

Associate senior consultant

A chartered accountant with over 37 years of post-qualification experience and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He trained and qualified with Pannell Kerr Forster, and has since held roles at organisations including Foremost Dairies (Nig.) Plc and Guinea Insurance Plc.
